1. Our Commitment

VaryOn Capital LLC, operating as VaryOn Works, is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

We believe that every user deserves equal access to information about our research, frameworks, and services, regardless of ability or the technology used to access our website.

2. Measures We Take

To ensure accessibility, we have implemented the following measures across our website:

• Semantic HTML - We use proper heading hierarchies, landmark regions (<nav>, <main>, <footer>), and semantic elements to ensure content is structured logically for assistive technologies.
• Keyboard navigation - All interactive elements, including navigation menus, links, buttons, and forms, are accessible via keyboard. A skip navigation link is provided on every page to bypass repeated content.
• Focus indicators - Visible focus outlines are provided on all interactive elements to support keyboard navigation.
• ARIA attributes - We use ARIA labels, roles, and states where appropriate to provide additional context for screen readers, including expandable menus and form controls.
• Color contrast - We maintain text color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
• Responsive design - Our website is designed to work across devices of all sizes, and content reflows properly when zoomed up to 200%.
• Reduced motion - We respect the prefers-reduced-motion system setting. When enabled, all animations and transitions are minimized or disabled.
• Alternative text - Decorative images and icons are marked with aria-hidden="true" to prevent screen reader clutter, while meaningful images include descriptive alternative text.
• Form accessibility - All form fields include associated labels (visible or screen-reader-only) and descriptive button labels.
• Table accessibility - Data tables include column scope attributes and captions to support screen reader navigation.

3. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our current conformance status:

• Partially conformant - Some aspects of our website may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to identify and resolve remaining issues.

We conduct regular accessibility reviews and update our website as standards and best practices evolve.

4. Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

• Screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)
• Screen magnification software
• Speech recognition software
• Keyboard-only navigation

We support the current and previous two major versions of the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

5. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge the following areas where improvements may still be needed:

• Some placeholder navigation links (for pages under development) may not lead to accessible destinations yet.
• Decorative CSS animations on the homepage, while respecting prefers-reduced-motion, may still present challenges for some users with vestibular disorders.

We are committed to addressing these limitations as our website continues to develop.
